I. Loading

1) HoId the calnera in one hand and
   press the catch buttons together with
   the Uhurnb and ,rniddle dinger of, the ot'her
   ihand. Use trre forefinger to open the
    bacjt< which swings open on the bottom
   hinge$.
2) The two sizes 2rlE" x}rl{'  aff,d
     2t/t" x Lnle" are sh'own on  the camera
   back.

b)  Tlhe start of the film wi-ll have to be tr.rreaded into the wide slot
   of the ernpty spool, leaving the tab to go thnougih trhe narrow
    slot.
  Make sure the filrn is centered on the ernpty spool so flh,at it
   will wind evenly.
   Give the winding key two turns to make sure the film  js
   gripping the spool ProPerlY.
6)  Close oa.mera back unti,I you hear the
   bolt click.
7) Open the red win'dow, button 4, using
    tr-re one that shows t/he correct fiim
   numbers for the size chosen. The other
  window will be locked autornatically.

Wind the filrn key No. 3 in the direction of the arrow until
   No. 1 is appearing under tire red window. When knob No. 4
   is rel,eased it closes automaticaily.
II. Exposure
1) To open ttre ca,mera, press button 6
  and pu.ll down Utre front until it locks.
  The lens is now in a picture taking
   position.
2) Focusiing:
   a) Distance:
    Turn the lens mount 7 until the
      distance enrgraved on the lens ring
      corresponds to Lre pointer. Any di-
      sta,nce under 25'should be measured
      aceurately.

b) Diaphragn:

   pointer 8 on the top of the s'rutter' The higher the F number'

          Either the eye-level open frame view-finder or the waisft'-level
          view-finder rnay be us,ed in taki,ng pictnrres. To obtain a horizon-

4) To make the exposure:
   a) The sihutter is released by the body release button 16.
     A1I picture,s taken at 7/25 or faster may be taken with the
       carrn'era hel,d in the hand. Hold the carnera firmly in both
     hands and release the shutter with a slow gentle rnovement.
    b) When to use cable release:       -,-
     For all exposures slower l\an Ll25 of a second, it is advisabie
     to use a tripod. One tripod socket is plraced o,n thre ca,rnera
      front for vertical pictrLrres, and one at tlhe right side of the
     body for horizo,ntal pictures. If no tripod is available, place
     the carnera on a tab,Ie or on another srnootn surface. Use
     support 77 tto keep carnera level. A carble rel'ease must be
     used at lower spe.eds to eliminate any m'overnent.
    Be smre to wind the film on to the next n,um;loer after each
      exposure.

To cl.ose the camera:
Press tihe lens supports 1'8 down with  thrumibs and snap the
d,oor sh'ut.
Taking out the exposed film:
1) after the last exposure, complete the
   winding of the film
2) open the back (see I, 1) and seal the
   film with the gr.r,m,rned PaPer
3)  take sut the 'fifurt
4) take out the ernpty reel from the
   lower spool holder and put it into the
   upper spool holder (I, 4).
