tr!-xtensron I ubes are
   available in two dia-
  meters and various
   lengths all of which
   are interchangeable by
   means of the adaptor-
   ring standard to the
  AGIFLEX II.

On the adjoining page the camera is seen with the three larger
tubes and the picture obtained with each is shown at the side.
The degree of magnification, when used with the standard lens,
is marked on each tube and, for instance, if the film image was
required to be the same size as the object it would only have
been necessary to have added the shorter tube (marked '2) to
   the longer one marked '8.

Single tubes, or a co!"nbination of tubes will enable the magnifi-
catior'ls shown ln the adjoining table to be obtained from 0.t,
where the image is l/l0th the size of tlre object to 1.0 where
the object is photographed on the negative life size. ln each
case the table shows the picture area when the lens is set at
Lens Scale set at Infinity, or at 3 feet.

f-values are given for each
lens stop from which the relative exPosure is determined. That is
the amount of extra exPosure that must be given in each case. For
beexample, if a magnification of '5 is required (the subject will
half life-size on the negative) and a lens stop of f/ll is selected, it
will be seen from the table that the corrected stop becomes equal
to f ll6. In practice this means twice the exposure.
