Setting the Camera
Distance has to be ascertained before
every exposure, therefore, the Front Lens
mounting (7) has to be adjusted accord-
ingly.
The same applies to the Aperture setting
(3). The tongue of the Aperture setting
adjustment should always be directly Iopposite one of the figures. Betweenvalues of the Aperture setting have to tI
be estimated. i

Ever-Ready setting
The built-in Lenses have two red dots
which enable the Camera to be ready
for use at any time. Put the Tongue of
the Aperture setting adjustment and the
Distance ring of the Front Lens mounting
opposite the red dot. Near (Opposite
Lower dot) Distance (Opposite Upper dot).
With this Ever-ready setting the Camera
        is always focussed.

    IMPORTANT
The Front Lens should always be returned
to the "O" position before closing the
       Camera.

     Exposure
The Camera can be used either hori-
zontally or vertically. Hold the Camera

That means the Camera must be held
vertically for a horizontal picture, and
horizontally for a vertical one.

an exposure hold the Camera very firmly
to avoid moving it when pressing the
Body release with the index finger.

Time Exposures
When taking time exposures or using
the delayed action release use either a
Tripod (22) or place the Camera on a table
or a solid surface. For a Time exposure
set the Time setting ring on B (6), press the
Body release and hold it down for the
desired length of time. To close the
Shutter remove the finger from the Body
release. The shutter will remain open as
long as the Body release is held down.
For time exposures of great length, a cable
release (2) with a set screw lock will be
of great help.

means the Flashlight will flash when the
shutter is released. When using a Flash-
light watch the exact time of the expo-
sure. The usual Flashlight Fittings are
supplied with instructions.

Lenses
The powerful coated Lenses have an anti-
reflex coating. This coating is very hard
and it is essential the surface of the Lenses
are always kept clean and treated care-
fully to avoid damage to the quality of
the Lens
