These f igures seem very mystifying but ore
                       simple.

For normol pictures the Lever for VXM should be on X
             or M.
When toking flosh pictures the chort is opplicoble.
For Deloyed Action pictures V opplies.
"V" stonds for Deloyed Action, "X" for usuol synchroni-
            sotion, "M" for full synchronisotion.
The Deloyed Action Setting V con only be used when the
shutter is socked, ond it is self concelling, this meons,
thot it returns outomoticolly to X when the picture hos
          been token.

When the Lever is on X setting the flosh ond shutter opening coincide,
qnd in this cose the shutter speed should be set qt l/3Oith of o sec.
When M position is set for flosh bulbs o speed of up to l/300th of
o sec. con be used. This is the greot odvontoge of full synchroniso-
tion.
For electronic flosh only the X setting con be used, of ony speed,
but speciol core should be token thot the Lever is not on M.
The opposite toble gives voluoble informotion obout the correct
exposure qnd setting for flosh pictures.
