                             Into Your Hand  Pistol-Grip-Style                - Built

The Bewi-Zoom-Spot-Silicon Exposure Meter is an instrument
of the highest calibre, featuring:
   1. Two 1 :5 Zoom Ranges
             1) Spot range from 1 to 5 degrees
           2) Extended range trom 7 to 35o
   2. Bright Zoom Viewfinder    with ocular adjustment for                               -       individual eyesight - showing:
           a) Exact area being metered. Gircle in center
                 outlines spot area.
           b) Meter needle (visible in viewfinder and out-
                  side)
            c) Limits of selected metering range
   3. Optional presetting of subject angle on scale outside of
      meter, calibrated from 1o to 50 and 7" to 35o.
   4. Light weight    only 8 oz. with batteries. Fast, con-                    -       venient, one-hand pistol-grip operation.
   5. 3-Way Switch
            1) Pressing top of switch activates meter for low-
                 level light reading.
             '    2) Pressing bottom of switch to first click stop
                 activates meter for high-level light reading.
           3) Pressing bottom of switch all the way down
                 activates spot range.
               Releasing switch locks meter needle for con-
               venient transfer of reading to calculator disc.
               Scales automatically change to selected range.
               Selected range indicated in scale window.

Application
   Professional Use    All areas; including movie, television,                     -    industrial, advertising, portrait and studio photography,
   evaluation of changes in studio lighting, selective metering
   of subject details, determining the range of brightness of a
   subject by spot contrast metering, full utilization of develo-
   ping latitude, measuring the pictorially important subject
    area.
   Amateur Use -  Movie, landscape, portait photography, se-    lective metering by using spot range; for example, people
    in the snow, photographing through an archway, correcting
   exposure readings of built-in exposure meters for extreme
   exposure situations.
