until the two split imoges coincide, in other
words, until the upper qnd lower hqlves mqtch

some time will move the lens qnd bring the
subiect in shorp focus. lt is eosiestto sight on

 os close os 2 feet.

           Taking Pictures
When using block qnd white film, plon to do your shooting one hour
ofter sunrise to one hour before sunset. For color film, moke it two
hours qfter sunrise to two hours before sunset, in order to qvoid
excessive red coloring of the subiect.

   l. After focusing your cqmero, switch your eye fo the view finder,
left hqnd window, qnd frqme your subiect. The subiect qppeqrs
smq ller in this window. When shooting qt 2 feet, correct for
"porollqx" by lifting your cqmerq slightly so thot some spqce will
<lppeqr between the top edge of your viewfinder qnd subiect.

  2. Hofd the comerq STEADYT press shutter lever slowly ALL THE WAY
DOWN! Avoid ierks. YOU WnL HEAR TWO Ct|CKS, the first, releos-
ing lhe no-double-exposure lever, the second, tripping the shutter.
We recommend using o Bolsey Cqble Releqse.

  3. Alwoys wind film immediotely ofter picture hos been tqken. This
will keep your cqmerq reody qt qll times.

  4. After qll film hqs been exposed, the counter will show it ond film
will resist further winding. REWIND it bqck into the cortridge untif
tension is relieved, turning REWIND KNOB in the direction of the
     qrrow.
