LOADING OF THE FILM
Open comero bock by sliding the cotch in the
direction of the orrow engroved on some. Pull
out knob A of illustrotion. Put the spool in the
empty comportment. lnsert the topered end of      I
the film in the slot of the empty spool ond threod                                                                                             I
evenly vrith o few turns of the knob B.  Close    I
the bock of the comero with the cotch.                                                                                                                    i

threoding gets locked outomoticolly,when the      l
knob B is wound o  little furfher- This outomotic
locking of the film ocaurs ofter every exposure
ond  in order to wind the film further for the
following exposure it is oiily necessoryfo press
on the releose knob C (illustrotionpoge 4).
When looding the film,  it  is odviseoble to set
the counfing device on Zero by oction of the                                                                                              t '--
knob C, so thot the counting storts from Zero up Jf.ll--
to 36 exposures.This setting to Tero occurs\
freeing the knob G from its locking device onC; .'n

    until the pull required oppeors to be suddenly

   the Dollino I. Howeyer, os for os the distonce
    is concerned, the  Dollino  ll   is outomoticollyt
    of the coupled ronge finder which is operotedl  focussedto the distonceof the subiectby meons
   os follows:
   The comero is held in the left hond. By lookingI trough the test window H  of the ronge finder,
   fhe operotor will, os long os the distonce is not
   correctly set, see the picture seporoted in two
   holves.By turning the focussingknob  I until the

Avoid when focussing ollowing the   f ingers f o
obliterote the front window of the ronge finder.
Wheh, for instqnce,the subiect is q tree trunk,
the imoge consists of o top ho lf ond o lower
holf which ore mode to move sidewoys by turning
the focussing knob I qnd ore mode finolly to
coincide in one stroight line for obtoining cor-
rect setting of the distonce (which distonce is
shown then by the position of the focussingknob).
