Any kind roll film 6x9 cm. (2rlnx3rll') can be used. They

the camera opens into two parts (Fig. 2). The empty spool
is inserted in the top side with the round hole fitting on
knob H. The full spool is put in the lower side of the
ca(nera resting between the 2 knobs H. Attention has to
be paid to the_ fact that the film rolls off from the top sideover the rolls I and is then threaded on the empty spool.
Put the camera together, push the levers A in and alsothe winding knob until it fits into the spool and turn it

lens opening. The shutter is always closed. If a wire release
is desired fbr taking pictures it- can be screwed in at E.
For instantaneous exposures, Iever C is pressed down and

very bright light and the sun should not shine into the lens.
For time exposures lever T has to be pulled out all the
way. Place the camera on a tripod or solid obiect in order
not to move camera, and hold it with the left hand while
the right one makes the exposure. It is very essential for
stereoscope pictures to have the camera absolutely straight
and this can be determined by the waterlevel in back of
the view finder, where the air bubbles have to be centered.
If desired, a yellow filter can be furnished at an extra cost
of $ 2.00

Transposing the pictures
To see stereoscopic the pictures have to be transposed
around. The right picture has to be on the left side and
rhe left picturJ on the right side. This is accomplished by 'inprinting a special sterioscope printing frame. They are
iurnished for $ 1.00. The printing is done in such a way
that first the film is on the left side and the paper on the
right, and then the paper on the teft and the film on the
riitrt'side. Anoth-er way is to cut the printed pictures -and mount them on card6oard,.intoor have a cardboarb with
corners where the picture fits the corners. But then
attention has to be paid that the picture with the little
black corner is always on the left hand side.
Extra stereoscopic viewers are supplied for $ 1.25.View original page 5Page 6 · Read text
