   1. Set film speed dial to flash.
   2. Obtain exposure guide number for shutter speed of
U30 or 1/50 and ASA film speed from the exposure
guide number table found in the flash bulb package.
   3. Divide guide number by camera-to-subject disrance
       to obtain aperture value.

   will give correct exposure.
Example: Assume you are using ASA 50 film and your
subject 10 feet away. And, if exposure guide number
of the flash bulb you are using is 110 for shutter speed
of 1/30 or 1/50, divide 110 by the distance l0 to obtain
the aperture setting number which will be 11, or 4 on
the Flash Exposure Table back of your Fujica. Set
this number 4 on the exposure control dial opposite the
control mark.. ..and you're all set to shoot. Depressing
the shutter release button will also set off the flash at
the same time.

here are the two
ways to hold the
camera conveniently
and comfortably.
Position A rvill give
you horizontal pic-
tures. Position B is
good for vertical
pictures.

How to unlood your FUITCA
In 35mm photography, after you have made your
last exposure (20 or 36, depending on the roll) the
film is rewound back into its original cartridge.
This is done by depressing the rewind button and
turning the rewind crank as shown. When the
entire roll is re-
wound, there will
be no tension on
the rewind crank.
Open the back, lift
out the cartridge
and bring it to your
camera dealer for
processing.
