openings. For exomple, when the
distonce is set ot 6 feet ond the lens
opening odiusted to 8, onything with-
in the ronge of 4.4leet to 9.4leel
will oppeor shorply focused. lf the
fens opening is further closed down to 16, this depth of
field will extend from 3.5 feet to 22feet.

scope of use of the (Al ring will of course be restricted.

The viewfinder hoving o mognificotion rotio of 0.6X shows
o trimming frome. The outer morgin of this brilliont l'rome
covers opproximotely 85'fi of fhe oreo octuolly covered
by the lens. The entire field seen through lhe viewfinder
omounts lo obout 110% of the octuol picture size.
When focus is secured on o close subiecf, the lrimming
frome moves downword diogonolly ond outomoticolly com-
pensotes for porollox ; iherefore, oll one hos lo do is to
center the subiect within the trimming frome.
How lo Unlood thc film
Prior to unlooding the film,' press
ihe rewinding button once ond
return the exposed film into the
cortridge by turning fhe rewinding
cronk in the direction of the orrow.
When the entire length of the ex-
posed llm is rewound into the
cortridge, the rewinding button will
ceose rotoling. Then, open the

In this cose, push the rewinding button ond turn the iever oll the woy. This wili return the lever to its originol position. Only in this position con the comero be extrocted from the leother cose.
