Taking care of yo'ur camera:
The Emi-K camera is a precision instrunent and for many years
of trouble-free use you must lookaftei*it. If you use it on the
beach take the utmost precautions to prevent sand getting to it.
A few grams of sand can cause serious damage to the delicate
shutter mechanism. Don't git it wet. If you are not going to use
it for some time, clean off any sweaty-finger marks with methy-
Iated spirits or alcohcl. Always sto?e in a cool dry plage and
keep away from dust or g'asoline'or,kgtosene fumes. Don't keep
in the glovebox of a car or leave it in'h,e sun's heat uncler these'
conditions will ruin the filrn and upset the lubricants. Clean the
lens onty with proper lens tissue to avoid scratching.
If at any time your Emi-K camera needs servicing do not at-
tempt any work yourself but tak!.jl- to a skilledcamerameclunic.'
