Taking Picturesby Flash
Your Halina Simplette F is designed to take outstanding flash pictur.es under all light
conditions, particularly when there is insufficient light to enable correct exposures to be
made, e.g. indoors or outdoors at night and when there is insufficient light available.
To operate your Halina Simplette F for flash photography, two small batteries have
to be inserted into the camera. Simply pull out the battery compartment cover guard
(14) and place two Ever Ready U16 batteries in ,the position as illustrated (Fig. 7).
This operation is carried out with the camera back fully opened. Therefore, if flash
pictures are required, it is suggested that the batteries are fitted before the film is
loaded. Please note the two batteries MUST be inserted with the f and - poles
facing in opposite directions.
The batteries must be
inserted in the manner
as shown in the diagram.
