I^le advise that you review these pro-
ceedures to get camera to fold cor-
rectly  to be returned in a closed
condition for carrying.
Reference Fig-3 which shows the back
of the camera. Turn knobs lt6 complete-
 ly back until    it  stops and lock in posi-
tion.  By releasing lt7 locking pressure
actuators for the t'Glidamatictr movement
and move back section to rear position               2 --'
for center lines as indicated by llLT  .
Then lock  ll7 .    If  camera back is  tilted
and in a rise position,  return to down
and vertical  position.   Tighten lt5 knobs.
Return to front  of the camera as per
Fig.-2 and proceed as following.
The front 2 section extension beds is
controlled by the knob {lll , 12 and 13.
Release  ltll  and 13 then press ltLz and
push all  section back until  the front
is flush with the base casting.  Then
tighten  llII.  Release knobs tl4 to loosen.
Release knob ll8 and lt9 so they are
straight and aligned as per lll5.   Then
tighten  lt 9 and hold locking knob  lf B,
pushing back to rear of camera back.
Then tighnen in place.

EXPLAINATION OF NIJ},IBERED FITTING AND ADJUSTMENTS
 ll-I , Release push pins.
 ll-2, knobs for  tilt   arms for rear camera back.
ll-3, knobs for  front standard rise and fall.
ll-4, Knobs for  tilt   of front  standard.
 ll-5 , knobs to release and lock rear rise.
ll-6, knobs for turning rear geared focusing adjustment with locking knob.
ll-7, Locking pressure actuator for Glidamatic movement. Releasing these two
actuators permits the Glidamatic to move foward and sideways. To swing from
either  side, holding one side in position you must remember to keep center
line  at  llI7.  This movement is easy from either side.  Study the cut out so
you understand the proper movements possible
 ll-8, Front locking knob which controls front,  back and side movements for
front  standard.
ll-9, Clamp-ing knob with  handle  to  lock  or unlock    f or  swing.   Keep    -handle            toward  front   or back to  close  camera for  front   standard.
#-10, Adjustment knob to lower or rise lensboard standard for  fine adjustment
without having to use lt3 locking knobs

 It-I2, Snap action fitting   to move extensions in 2 positions.
 lf-13, Locking fitting   to tighten extensions when extended.
#-L4, Location markings to position  front lensboard standard.
1t15, Location marking to posi-tion front standard in aligment for closing.
 It-I6, One bi-axis  sprit  level.
It-I7, Location marks for centering camera back for closing and use of
Glidamatic movement for the swing and then you can shift  from side to side
in the cut outs.

of shipment. We will  replace or repair any defective part or parts at our
factory upon receipt prepaid subject to inspection.  Will  return corrected
