The shorp, superspeed lens of the KONICA IIIM is o
50-mm focol length HEXANON t/ 1.8 of unique
Konishiroku design. lt consists of 6 elements oironged
in 5 groups, ond oberrotions of oll types ore virtuolly
non-existent. Extremely high resolving power is ovoiloble,
not only ot the center, but in the peripherol oreosi
so brilliont ond shorply defined pictures con be obtoined
under lighting conditions of wide diversity. The improved
ornber hord-cooting opplied to the lens surfoces, while
vostly enhoncing lhe tronsmisson chorocteristics, corrects
the color bolonce of the light impinging on the film,
Consequently, the color reproduced on color film is
true to noture, while with monochrome photogrophy
the effects obtoined with yellow, red, green ond other
filters ore greolly occentuoted.
