Insert the bottery inio the chomber with the plus(f ) side focing oulword, tfeq reploce the cover with'the inside plus ( +) morking contocting the plus (*) side of the bottery. l.3V mercury bottery should be used. How to Use the Bottery Checker, Motch the B.C. (Bottery checking) mork on the cho- nge-over switch to the index mork. o. How to set the Film Speed(ASA),
Pull out the F diol s! ightly ond turn it so the
speed (ASA) of the film in use moiches with
ihe index (notch) on the f ilm speed (ASA) scole
window. Then, releose the F diol ond you wi ll
hove the film speed set.
b. Compensotion when moking full- operture

,lens operture will be indicoted on the F ond T
diols.
g. Reod the shutter speed for the designoted oper-
ture or the operture for the designoted shutter
speed, ond set the volues obtoined to eocn
corresponding scole on the lens.

When priority is given to ihe
shutter speed
f. Turn the shutter speed selection ring ond
preset the desired shutter speed.
9. Turn the F diol of the exposure meter ono
set the index (( ) to the shutter speed.
h. Turn the depth-of -f ield Preview lever to full
extent with your left hond ond hold it in
this position.
i. Turn the lens operture selection ring ond
sei the meter needle to the index (zero
setting) .
i. The operture obtoined wi ll be the proper
operture to provide correct exposure under
' the preset shutter speed.
