www.butkus.us Caution!!
* lf the film is advanced more than a stop, the number of possible exposures
may be reduced.
* Be sure to pull the Film Holder Roller Plate in the direction of the arrow
before closing the Back Cover as indicated above. Failure to do so will pre-
vent the film advance stoppei from engaging and allow the film advance
lever to be wound freely. This will result in the film being wound around the
spool without being exposed and the exposure counter will not engage.
*TheExposureCounter|ndicatorwi||proceedfrom.'S''to>>>
to confirm this sequence when winding the Film Advance Lever.
Should the above sequence malfunction, the Film Holder Roller Plate @
would not be in right position as shown in Photo@.
in this case :
e Rewind the film by referring to the steps of "Rewinding the Film" in the
next chapter. But be sure to stop rewinding film b'efore the film tip goes into a
film cassette completely.
@ Open the back cover and insert the film tip into any of the slits on the
take-up spool again and reset the Film Holder Plate to the correct position.
@ Then, close the back cover so that the exposure counter is reset at "S"
position.

Determining the Field of View in the Vievrrfinder
For the 43mm f/4.5 Ultra- Wide-Angle lens the detachable viewfinder is provided.
When the 135 Panoramic Mask is used, the shaded area in the illustration E,E,g,El
is the field of view in the vieMinder.
Picture area :24 x 65mm
Visible field of view :9Oo/o at oo, 100% at 1m
* Depending on the lens type being used. the brrght frame is automatically selected
and parallax is automatically corrected accordrng to subject distance.
WARNING
Commercial photofinishing machines will automatically cut 35 mm film in
strips, thereby destroying several frames of your 135 panoramic (24 x 65
mm)format. lt is therefore important to tell the developer not to cut the nega-
tives into strips until they can be done so properly.
