Your Minolta Booster II connectsto the Minolta Auto Meter II/IIVIIIF or Flash Meter II/III
to greatly increasetheir versatility for specialized metering functions. lf also increasesthe
sensitivity of the Flash Meter IIIIII. Attachments included with the BoosterII enable positive,
accurate measurementof actual brightnessat an SLR eyepiece,on an SLR focusing screen or
view camera groundglass, through the eyepiece of a microscope or telescope,or at the film
plane of a full-frame 35mm camera. The booster can also be used for conventional reflected
light measurementsof 60 degreesor greater.
Before using the Booster II for the first time, please read this manual carefully whil6
installing the battery, handling and acquainting yourself with the attachments and features of
your booster. In this way, you can get correct readingsand begin to realize its potential right
from the start.
