l)   Insert the terminal of cord to syn-
    chronizer p!ug (.|7).
2)  Set the synchro lever either to "X"
   or "F". When electronic flash gun
     is used, set the lever to "X". The
    electronic flash will synchronize at
   any speeds. When "F" or "Mt'
    class bulb is used set the lever to
    "F". The "F' class bulb will syn-
    chronize at any speeds. The 'tW't
    class bulb will synchronize at B,
    i/10 and 1/25 speeds.
3)  In actual use of flash gUh, follow
   the instructions as given by the
    manufacturers of electronic flash or
    guide number as given by the flash
    bulb manufacturers.

   ln order to obtain the maximum of
colour resemblance of obiect and the
result of photography, the use cf Filters
is highly recommended. The following
filters are available for use in "Owla"
Stereo.
  Sky lieht No. l-A (pink Filter)
  Blue No. 80 (Blue Firter)
  Type F'No. 85 (Amber pink Fi lter)

     How to use 0wla Stereo



             Pull the Back Lid Lock (l) and open
           the back lid.
         2)   Pull oufward rewinding knob (2) to
               its maximum height.
         3)  Place loaded film cartridge to re-
          winding knob shaft.
         4)  Push back rewinding knob (2) into
              iis original position. When the re-
          winding knob shaft does not engage
            into the cariridge, turn the rewind-
         ing knob right or left in small
            degree.
        Draw out the film and insert the
         end of film on opposite spool (14).
       Be sure to see that the film is
           securely fastened to the spool.

     until it stops and press the shutter
    release button (l l) to allow film to
   wind further. Repeat the same
    operation 3 times. With the 4th
    operation the first film is in position
    for exposure. Set the film counter
    (4) to number 29 (16) if the film  is
    standard 36 exposures film and
   number 16   the film length is for
                       'f   20 exposures.

r)  ComPute the distance visuallY and
    set the number of feet (or meters)
    to coincide with the triangle mark
    (5). Adiust the shutter sPeed (8)

3)   Focus the obiect by peeping through
    the view finder. Be sure to see that
   the bubble of water level is at
    center and press the shutter release
    button (1 l).  lf is very important to
    hold fhe camera steady at the time
     shutter is being operafed. With this
    operation first pair of stereo pictures
     is taken.
                                                  (3)4)  Wind the film winding knob
     until it stops. This winding will set
    the second pair in proper position.

           film advance or reversing button

        so that the "R" (Reverse) will
             appear.
