WARRANTY POLICY
AllPentax cameras purchased through authorized
bora fide photographic distribution channels are

Procedure during 12:month Warranty Period
Any Pentax equipment which proves defective duting
the 12-month warranty perid should be returned to
the dealer from whom you purchased the equipment
forte the manufacture. I there is no representative
fof the manufacture in your country, send the equip-
‘ment to the manufacturer, with postage prepaid. In
ths ease, it will take 2 considerable length of time
before the equipment can be returned to you owing
tothe complicated customs procedures required in
‘Japan for importing and re-exporting pnotographic
‘equipment. If the equpmentis covered by warrenty,
repairs will be made and parts replaced free of
charge, and the equipment willbe returned to you
tupon completion of servicing. If the equipment is not
‘coveted by warranty, regular charges of the manu-
fecturer or ofits representatives will apply. Mf your
Pentax equipment was purchased outside of the
country where you wish to have it serviced during the
rranty period, regular handling and servicing fees.
