The new Automatic Rolleillex simplifies the technical side
oI photographic exposure to almost negligible proportions.
Still greater speed and reliability are the stirring features
of the New Automatic Rolleillex.
The red window and shutter setting lever, leatures of the
older Rolleiflex, have now been entirely eliminated by the
novel design ol the latest Automatic Rolleiflex. The roll-
film is threaded in the usual way and the transport handle
given a lew turns. The errtirely new feeler mechanism sud-
denly stops the movement when the film is ready set and
No. 1 appears in the counter window. Simultaneously, both

With the Rolleicord, Franke & Heidecke have produced a reflex
camera of Rolleiflex precision, offering wonderlul yalue. The
Rolldicord is iust as manilold in its applications as its lamous
sister - the Rolleiflex.
A mere tick with the index finser causesthe locusing hood to
spring up, and it is shut iust as easily under a touch oI the palm.
A large milled knob sees to the automatic film transport. All
you need do is to turn to the next stop when the film is auto-
matically carried lorward by exactly one exposure while the
counter indicates the number oI exposures alrea.d.ytaken.
The lightning action ensured by this arrangement is lurther
increasedby the one-leyer Gompur shutter - pull to the right
sets the shutter, a pressure to the lelt releases it. The speed
set runs off automatically. In the Rolleicord II, aBerture and
exposure times are shown in a peep-window and can be read
off lrom above, while the camera is in the taking position.
