fdlrn |ouddng Always load camera in shade, never in bright or direct sun- light" Use Sears or other good quality standard 35mrn (20 or 36-exposure) film, color or black and white" Press Exposure Button (D) ...push down Back Cover Latch (K) and swing open camera back. Pull up Rewind Knob (E), place film cartridge into Film Chamber (W) and push Rewind Knob back to its original position,.. be certain Rewind Shaft (T) engages film cartridge. Pull tapered end of film across back of camera and insert into and through slit of Take-up Spool (R). Rotate Take-up Spool in direction of arrow to take up film slack , , . check to see that sprocket holes in film have engaged both sets of Sprockei Teeth. (U). Close the camera back and snap it shut. Advance Film Wind Lever (P) twice, depressing Exposure Button (D) each time. Advance Film Wind Lever once more and Exposure Counter (C) will be automatically sei to "1 ", ready for your first picture.View original page 6

The lens and shutter will be correctly set for you automatically
by the Electric Eye when Shutter Speed and F Stop Scales are
..A" (automatic) and the ASA Film Scale is set for the set to
film you are using.
To set your camera for automatic exposure operation, move
F Stop Selector (Y) to "A" (automatic). When the "A'r of the ..Arr F Stop scale is aligned with the black indicator line, the

operation. Rotate Film Speed Selector (M) untilthe ASA speed

Your camera has synchronization permitting the use of a flash gun and electronic flash,
which may be purchased at your nearest Sears retail store or froh the Sears catalog. The
connecting cord from a flash gun or electronic flash is inserted into Flash Socket [L;. To
use a clip-on flash attachment, place Flash Bracket (Z) over rear of view finder housing
and slide Bracket down between grooves of Viewfinder Eyepiece rim until it is firml!
seated. Flash can now be inserted into accessory shoe on top of Flash Bracket.
