When you take a motion subject with slow synchronization, usually the furrow of
the subject will be exposed ahead. The ordinaryflash light will fire when the first
shuttercurtain is fully opened, thus the subjectwill be exposedfrom flash fired to
shutterclosed.(Firstcurtainsynchronization)

When you use second curtain synchronization, the flash will fire just before the
second curtain closes, thus the subject will be exposed from shutter onened to
flash fired. The furrow of the subject will be exposed behind. lt will be a more
natural effect.

When the flash mode is set on the TTL AUTO Mode or Manual Flash Mode,
press the REAR button. The REAR will appear on the LCD.

lf the camera's mode is set on the Full-Automode, the REAR mode can not be
set. When you press the REAR button again, the flash mode is reset to normal
synchronizationmode.

When you take a flash photograph in a room, sometimes a strong shadow will
appear behind the subject. lf you point the flash head upward to reflect the light
on the ceiling, wall, etc., the subjectwill illuminatesoftly.

When you use the TTL AUTO mode, the camera will calculate the appropriate
flash lighting.

The flash head is adjustableup to 125. There is a click stop at 45, 60, 75 and 90
position. When on the bounce flash mode, a bounce mark will appear on the LCD
panel and the distanceindicationwill disappear.

The picture will receive the color from the reflectingjsurface. Please choose a
white surfacefor bouncing.
Depending on the reflecting surface, subject distance and other factors, the
effective distance for the TTL AUTO may change. Please check the LCD panel
after releasingthe shutter.
