wise direction until clidstop is lelt, This done, lhe index.poinf of the knurled collor
will be found to lie on fhe opposile side of the index'notch of lhe lripod bush,
while wilh lhe comero'bod loded  il regislers with the index-noldr.

The WERRA lokes 24 mm, X 36 mm. perforoted norrow.gouge  lilm in commerciotly
 ovoiloble doyliqht cortridges. Prior lo inserfing the film, moke sure thot fhe pres-
sure pin U0) lor the feed spool stonds out {ully releosed.

With the lhumb ond index fingers hold the toke.up spool by ifs knurled collor (R)
os shown in Fig' 6. Now rolofe lhe toke-up spool in clodwise direclion until lhe
flored end of the film clomp (K/) is on top. Hold {ilm cortridge in fhe right hond,
lower side ol corlridge up,

The film-leoder protruding lrom rhe corfridge by o lengfh of obout 5 crn. is now
lhreoded inlo lhe {ilm clomp, (using lhe fhumb ond lndex {inger of the riqhr hond),
emulsion side of the {ilm (brighf side) up. When now inserting the film, moke sure
fhof the edge of the film confocrs the upper woll ol the housing (Fig. 5), This
done, ploce corlridge inlo rhe spool-dromber,  pulling some more lilm our ol the
corfridge, il necessory

The comerq now lies in lhe lelt hond, the thumb holdinq fhe inserted cortridge
in posilion, Now hold lhe loke-up spool by ifs knurled collor, using lhumb ond
index finger oi the right hond, ond wind up lwo lurns o{ lilm (emulsion side oul!)
onlo fhe toke-up spool. In doing so observe   f hol lhe teeth ol   f he sprod<el engoge

 4. Fitting ond sliding on lhe comero-bock
 Before sliding the bod onto lhe comero, use the thumb
  in slighfly pressing the film ogoinsl lhe upper edge of
  the lilm gole; releosing lhe supply corlridge be{orehond,

Prior to loking the lirst picture, turn the knurled sleeve (in the cenlre of the frome'
counting disk) in counter-clockwise direction unfil lhe index'line coincides with the
"O" ol lhe counling disk. Wifh eodr lilmtronsporl lhe index'line moves on by one

16. Universol tripod screw
To chonge over {rom fhe Germon lype (3/r") to English screw lhreod (t/r") o Uni.
versol Tripod Screw is supplied which screws into the fripod bush of the WERRA
This screw is furlhermore provided wifh on M 30,5X0,5 screw threod into which
the filter ond proleclive  lid moy be screwed when nof in use.

17. Adopler for electronic flosh units
When on eleclronic    f lqsh unil is lo be olloched to lhe lripod-fhreod  of the WERRA
by meons of o bor, on odopting piece is supplied by the focfory, This odopter
is lo be screwed into lhe tripod lhreod ol the comero belote lhe bor of the flosh
unil is olloched. In this woy ony jomming of the re-wind knob (ll) ond subsequent
bloding of the film-feed by the bor is prevenfed.
