projection on a screen or from which Kodachrome Prints
can be made.

Place the spool of film on the supply spool holder. put the end of the spool over the movable post first so that when the paper is drawn off, the colored side will be up. Depress the spring in the movable post until the other end of the film spool will slip over the fixed post. Place the end of the film leader in the slot of the take-up spool and wind on slightly more than one turn. With Kodak No. 828 film there are three figures for each picture. To prevent overlap, use the first figure in the group each time the film is advanced. On some No. 828 film there is a printed box around the first figure in each group. Advance the film to the boxed figure each time and there will be no overlapping of the pictures. Hold the camera firmly against the face. To frame the picture properly, hold the camera at that distance from the eye which permits you to superimpose the rear finder frame on the front frame; see diagram. If you cannot superimpose the frame all around, move the camera from one side to the other in front of your eye so that you see first the left and then the right edge of the front frame. Center the eye in this manner and then keep it centered. To com- pose the picture, move the camera and your head simul- taneously.View original page 14
