X The electronic shuiter of the KONICA AUTO SE is operoted by o mercury bottery.
No pictures moy be token unless the bottery is looded in the comero.
* When film hos been looded in the comero, use the film speed switch knob in oligning
its index mork with the correct film speed colibroted on the film speed scole. Bring
the "AUTO" mork of the AUTO/flosh switch ring in line with the outo guide number
index. Every preporotion is now completed for electric-eye photogrophy.
{< In the event thot the lights ore too dork f or EE photogrophy, on oronge-colored
worning lomp will be put on in the viewfinder when the shutter is slightly depressed.
When this lomp is on, your film will be under-exposed. Here, switch the outo-flosh
switch to flosh.
* Der elektronische Verschluss der KONICA AUTO SE wird mit einer Quecksilberboilerie
beirieben. Wenn die Botterie nicht eingelegt ist, konn keine Aufnohme gemocht
werden.

As you look into the viewfinder, you will see o yellowcolored squore section ot the
center. This is Doubleimoge Section @ used to set the rongefinder. lf the lens is pro-
perly focused on the subiect, double imoges will be visible in this section. As you
move Focusing Lever @, you will see one of the two imoges move. The lens will be
occurotely focused on the subiect when the imoges ore oligned with eoch other.

Wenn Sie durch den Sucher blicken, sehen Sie in der Mitte ein gelbes, viereckiges
Feld. Dos ist der Doppelbildreil @ d"r Entfernungsmessers. Folls die richtige Schorf-
einstellung nicht erfolgt, sind in diesem Feld zwei Bilder sichtbor. Wird der Einstellhebel
@ betiitigt, bewegt sich eines der zwei Bilder. Wenn die zwei Bilder sich decken,
f indet die richtige Schorfeinstellung stott.

exposed film, oll the film will become useless with light folling on it'
