A surfoce-silvered mirror diverts the lens roys so thot the imoge

depressed the reflex mirror moves out of the poth of roys ond

mirror hos reoched its uppermost position the shutter is opened
for the exposure.
Toking lens ond finder lens being one ond the some, there is
no donger of porollox error. Everything thot you see in the view-

The coupling of shutter wind ond film tronsport eliminotes double
exposures ond blonks. Should o double exposure be intended the
speed setting ring (5) need only to be turned clockwise os for
os it will go ofter the first exposure hos been mode. The shutter
con thus be releosed o second time without the film hoving been
odvonced. The shutter (focol-plone type) is cqlibroted in speeds
from 1f2 sec. to 1/5es sec. ond ,,8" (ony desired length of time).
fAttentionl Avoid inodvertent pressure on the rewind releose knob (17) while
cocking the shutter, since this would couse on overlopping of the
                      pictures.

volues given on exposure speed scole (B). The blue numerols on
speed diol (31) indicote full seconds (B setting).
