lesser shorpness (not unshorpness), preferred especiolly in porfroits: the skin
is stroighlened, indiscrele wrinkles disoppeor the photocosmetic woy, without
ony furlher retouching. The crilicol lens now works os o soft focus lens.
Rolleisofl is used in slrengths 0 ond I ond ottoched like o filier (no exposure
increose). The eJfect con be observed on ihe focusing screen, lhe best results
being obtoined wiih bock lighting: Rolleisoft mokes highlights look like
glomorous holos ond creoles o highly ortistic mood - on occessory for lhe
photogrophic connoisseur.

The polorizing screen (* 6021is o morvelous tool: just o slight turn of the filter
in front of the lens eliminotes the unwonted reflections from shiny, non-metollic
surfoces. Reflecting windows ond glosses become tronsporent, the surfoce
structure of polished moteriols oppeors, the light penetrotes through the
reflecting surfoce. Rolleipol helps where other occessoriesfoil. Also very useful
for correcting the color rendition of londscopes ond scenic views on color fifms

Pqnoromo Heod
Rollei even lets you toke londscopes composed of two or more individuol
pictures the ponoromo heod (-' 1001) is the "Super Wide Angle" used in
londscope photogrophy with o Rollei. This tripod heod delivers o complete 3600
ponoromo with l0 consecutive €xposUr€s; o self-locking push button secures
the comero in shooting position. After motching the individuol exposures, they
ore mounted to form the ponoromo. Very often two or three pictures ore
suff icient to creote o wide ongle ef fect with the stondord Rollei focol length.
Rolleifix Tripod Heod
Rolleifix (-* 1002) eliminotes the conventionol, time consuming method of
screwing the comero onto o tripod: iust slide the Rollei forword into the
retoining grooves ond throw locking lever upword to secure the comero. The
tripod ottochment remoins fixed to the tripod or flosh gun brocket. Within

A versotile occessory for oll microphotogrophic opplicotions,
combining the precision of both comero ond microscope to ochieve
perfecl results: the squore negotive formot mokes full use of the
circulor micro imoge ollowing extreme enlorgement foctors for
moximum detoil. Only o 3 x lineor enlorgement will provide the some
mognificotion os ihot obtoined visuolly with the microscope. Further
mognificotion to extreme sizes is eosily obtoined when proiecting the
micro slides. - The micro lube (* ll0l) olone permits toking photo-
grophs of non-moving subiects; ofler focusing through the viewing
lens, the tube is fostened to the toking lens for the octuol exposure.
For toking moving subiects, with or without oil immersion, the right-
ongle micro prism (* I102) is required. Through its viewing system,
the subiect moy be observed of oll times for constont control of focus
ond field. Interchongeoble boyonet rings (* I103) in 4 sizes permit
ottochment of the unit to the boyonet lens mount of oll Rollei models.

The Rollei Pento Prism (* l30l) now combines eye-level perspective with Rollei's
wellknown positive focusing. This ottochment is preferred for press work, sports
ond oction pictures, flosh photogrophy ond portroits, especiolly when used with
the pistol grip. The enlorging mognif ier covers the entire focusing oreo, on
unreversed, right side up imoge showing oll movements in the right direction.
An odiustobte rubber eyepiece completely eliminotes oll reflections,the focusing
mognifier con be exchonged to odiust for your eyesight. Turning the comero
permits overheod shooting. The Pento Prism con be fitted to oll Rolleiflex
comeros equipped with o detochoble focusing hood.
Binoculor Focusing Hood
