2. Replace batteries:
When greenLED does not lighteven if ShutterReleaseButtonis depressedhalfwayfor over
10 seconds.
NOTE:
The shutterreleasewill lock when the batteriesare weak.
3. The Fllm Speed ls Sel Automatlcally
Use a 35mm film with DX coding(lSO 50 - 1600).The film sensitivityis set automatically.
NOTE:
lf the film is not providedwith a DX code,the film speedis set at lso 100.Also,lso 25-40
filmswouldbe set to ISO 100.
4. Loading the lilm
1. Openthe Back Coverin the directionof the arrow.
2. Putthe film cartridgein the directionshown.
3. Pullthe film leaderacross;alignit withthe yellowfilmillustrationand set it in the film
guides.
4. Closethe Back Cover untilit clicks.Afterclosingthe Back Cover,the film is advancedto
f irstframe automatically.
NOTE
Avoidexposureto directsunlightwhen loadingthe film.lf the FilmCounlerdoe,;not advance,
repeatsteps4.1through4.4.Thecounterwillonlyworkwithfilmproperlyloaded.

Be carefulnot to coverthe InfraredAuto FocusSystemand the ExposureSensor.Afterthe
lenshas beenzoomedto givethe desiredcomposition,supportthe camerafirmlybefore
shootingin orderto preventcamerashake.

3. Prefocusing(FocusLock)
Placethe desiredsubjectto be focusedwithinthe AutoFocusFrameand pressthe Shutter
ReleaseButtonhalfwayto lightup the greenlamp.In thisstate,selectthe composition,and
pressthe ShutterReleaseButtonfully.
The focuslockcan be cancelledby releasingthe button.

4. Self-TimerPhotography
The Self-Timerwill delayreleaseof the shutterby approximatelyten seconds.lt is activated
by depressingthe Self-TimerButton.The Self-TimerLED will glow as describedbelow.

5. Rewindingthe Film
The film automaticallyrewindsafterthe last pictureis taken.When it is rewoundcompletely,
the motorstops.Take out the film.
To rewindbeforethe film is completelyused,pressthe ManualRewindButtonat the bottom
of the camera,
NOTE:
Do not openthe Back Coverwhilethe camerais rewindinothe film. I
