By simply setting the lens to the coverage
aperture indicated by the CS-201Auto, you
will be able to automatically obtain the
correct f lash exposure over an effective
flash range between 1 and 5 meters. When
using the CS-201Auto in combination with
the FX-D Quartz, set both the camera and
the f lash unit to AUTO. Then, when the
f lash unit is f ully charged, an LED ("rt"
mark) inside the viewfinder illuminates to
let you know that the camera has
automatically switched to the f lash synch
speed of 1/100and that the camera and
f lash are ready for use.
