HOW TO USE FILTER FACTORS
Tight exposure without a filter is f:11 at 1/50 second. If the
filter factor-ie 2

‘The light absorbed by a filter must be compensated for by
incressed-expowure. Filter factors tell how much intress> is
required, Increased exposure is obtained by opening the lens
aperture, by using a slower shutter speed, or a combination
of both.

factor for the filter you are wsing, Assume the normal day-
